BTM Company is hiring Machinists at all experience levels , from entry-level candidates with machining education or training to experienced machinists with years of hands-on experience. If you have experience as a machinist, we want to hear from you. If you are just starting your career and have completed machining, CNC, machine tool, or manufacturing technology classes through a high school, career/technical program, community college, trade school, or apprenticeship program, we encourage you to apply as well. This is a machinist position, not a general production or machine operator position. Entry-level candidates should have some machining education or technical training if they lack prior machining work experience. What You'll Do Depending on your experience and skill level, responsibilities may include: Set up and operate manual and/or CNC machine tools Machine parts to print specifications and required tolerances Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges Select and use appropriate cutting tools and machining processes Inspect your work to verify dimensions and quality Make machine adjustments as needed Perform basic machine maintenance and keep your work area organized Work with experienced machinists, supervisors, and other team members to complete quality work safely and efficiently Experienced machinists may perform more advanced setups, machining, troubleshooting, and other responsibilities based on their background. Who We're Looking For Experienced candidates: Previous hands-on machining experience using manual and/or CNC machine tools.

Entry-level candidates:

Machining-related education or technical training through a high school CTE program, community college, trade school, apprenticeship, or similar program. Previous professional machining experience is not required.

Candidates should have:

A genuine interest in machining and skilled trades Basic understanding of machining processes Ability to read or learn to read blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with precision measuring tools or a willingness to develop these skills Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work safely and produce accurate, quality work Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Schedule BTM is hiring for both: Day Shift Afternoon Shift Full-time positions are available.
