We are a precision CNC machine shop doing a variety of challenging machining work.

OUR EQUIPMENT

We run a variety of modern CNC equipment, including: Haas CNC Vertical Mills Neway CNC Vertical Mills Mazak 4-Axis CNC Hermle 5-Axis

CNC WHAT YOU'LL DO

Set up and operate CNC mills independently Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T Set work and tool offsets Select appropriate tooling and cutting conditions Make program edits and tool adjustments at the machine Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment Hold tight tolerances and maintain quality Troubleshoot machining and setup problems Work from prints and job travelers with minimal supervision Help with tooling and setup improvements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a skilled, dependable machinist who takes pride in their work.

Required:

CNC milling experience Ability to read and understand blueprints Ability to use micrometers, calipers, indicators and other inspection equipment Solid understanding of feeds, speeds and tooling Ability to set up CNC machines Good attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work independently

Preferred:

Haas experience Mazak experience 4-axis or 5-axis experience with Hermle machines G-code/M-code programming and editing machining close-tolerance parts

PAY & BENEFITS

$23-$34 per hour, depending on experience Monday-Friday, day shift Approximately 50 hours per week Overtime available Medical insurance Dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Paid holidays Stable, long-term employment
