We're seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Machinist who can design, machine, fabricate, and troubleshoot equipment to support a fast-paced production environment.

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30

Competitive pay Paid training Full-time hours Clean, safe work environment On-site parking Temp-to-hire opportunity Career growth with an established company What You'll Do Design and machine custom parts and components to support manufacturing operations Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment, including mills, lathes, and drill presses Utilize CAD/CAM software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Mastercam Create drawings and coordinate with outside machine shops as needed Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication projects Modify equipment, fixtures, and guards to improve performance Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams on equipment improvements Support equipment installations, startups, and modifications Document maintenance activities within CMMS systems Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives What We're Looking For Experience with manual and CNC machining Ability to take projects from concept and design through final production CAD/CAM experience Welding and fabrication skills Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills Effective written and verbal communication Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ready to Get Started?
