Temp Description Hire Dynamics is searching for a CNC Machinist for a facility in Gastonia, NC. A glass company CNC operator sets up, programs, and runs computer numerical control machines to cut, shape, drill, edge, and polish custom architectural or decorative glass components

• Load, align, and secure glass sheets onto CNC cutting, shaping, or milling tables.
• Select, input, or adjust cutting programs, tool paths, and parameters for specific glass thicknesses and designs.
• Inspect finished glass pieces using precision measuring tools to verify dimensions, notches, holes, and edge quality against blueprints.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, clean work areas, change worn tool heads, and resolve minor operational errors Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of hands-on CNC machine operation experience, preferably within a glass, mirror, or metal fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, digital calipers and architectural specifications.
