We manufacture high-quality custom fasteners and precision components for industries including aerospace, electronics, defense, automation, and industrial manufacturing. We're looking for an experienced machinist who can work independently, solve problems, and contribute immediately. Because we're a lean operation, we need someone who can assess the day's priorities and get to work with minimal supervision. If you're dependable, take pride in your craftsmanship, have reliable transportation, and enjoy working in a shop where everyone wears multiple hats, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC milling machines and/or Swiss CNC lathes. Read and interpret engineering drawings, prints, and GD&T. Select tooling and workholding for new and existing jobs. Perform machine setups, tool offsets, and program adjustments. Inspect parts to ensure they meet print specifications. Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency. Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in excellent working condition. Work with management and coworkers to meet production schedules and quality standards. Assist with other shop responsibilities as needed—everyone contributes in our shop. Must be able to use measuring equipment. Preferred Experience We are primarily looking for someone with 5 or more years of CNC machining experience . Experience with one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Milling Haas

Type B (HFT) Citizen Cincom L20 Swiss-style CNC machining CNC turning and live tooling Applicants with strong experience in either milling or Swiss turning are encouraged to apply. We are willing to cross-train the right candidate on additional equipment. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints / drawings and use precision measuring equipment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable transportation. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Reliability is extremely important to us. As a small business, every employee plays a critical role in our daily operations.
