In this role, you won't just be pushing buttons—you will set up, program, operate, and maintain equipment while taking pride in producing top-tier American manufacturing components.     Setup & Operation:
    Efficiently set up, program basic features using CAM software, and operate at least two CNC machines (Mills/Lathes) with high standards of safety and accuracy.
      Machining Expertise:
      Leverage your understanding of speeds, feeds, tooling, and G-Code to maintain optimal production efficiency.
        Quality Assurance:
        Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, bore gages, pins) to meet exact customer specifications.
          Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
          Perform basic machine maintenance, minor repairs, and adjustments to keep production running smoothly.
            Team Collaboration:
            Cross-train on various machines and departments, maintain clear logs, and partner with co-workers and shop leadership.
              Material Handling:
              Safely operate equipment, including forklifts and stand-up lifts, to move work materials. What You Bring
                Experience:
                2-4+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience (Lathes and Mills).
                  Technical Skills:
                  Proficiency with G-Code programming; experience with Fanuc controls is a major plus.
                    Tooling Knowledge:
                    Mastery of standard measuring tools and standard attachments.
                      Education:
                      High School Diploma/GED required. Technical Trade School diploma or Journeyman experience preferred.
                        Mindset:
                        High attention to detail, a drive for quality improvement, and a strong work ethic. Physical & Environmental Requirements
                        • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, walk, and handle heavy materials using lifts.
                        • Clear vision (corrected to 20/20) with color identification ability.
                        • Comfortable working in a bustling indoor manufacturing environment with noise and temperature variance (safety PPE provided and strictly followed).
                        • Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
                        Pay:
                        $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
