Keep your eye on key dimensions, making minor tool wear adjustments so parts stay crisp from the start of the shift to the end.

Tool Swaps & Care:

Change out dull end mills, drills, and inserts quickly to keep machine downtime to a strict minimum. Catch the

Glitches:

Listen to the cut. If something sounds off, chitters, or looks out of place, you speak up and catch it before it costs time or material.

Clean & Prep:

Keep your workstation deburred, blown off, organized, and prepped for the next run. What Makes You a

Great Fit Mill Mindset:

1+ years operating CNC Vertical or Horizontal Mills (VMC/HMC).

Machine Familiarity:

You can navigate basic screens on Haas, Fanuc, or similar controllers without breaking a sweat.

Sharp Eye:

You pay attention to the little things—like chips building up in pockets or coolants running low.

Great Attitude:

You bring good energy to the floor and work well with the lead machinists.
