CNC Machinist - (experienced CNC Machine Operator)

Pay:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator/Machinist to join our team in Holland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of CNC machining experience , the ability to set up and operate CNC machines with limited supervision, and experience using precision measuring tools. Responsibilities Review routings and setup specifications to determine machining procedures, sequence, and dimensions. Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Set up and operate CNC machines with limited supervision. Assemble cutting tools in tool holders and install tooling as required. Select appropriate fixtures, workholding, and tooling. Adjust machine speeds and feeds and change tooling as needed. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications. Use measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gauges, and Go/No-Go gauges . Identify workmanship and material defects and make program or process adjustments when necessary. Troubleshoot basic machine and machining problems. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements 1+ year of previous CNC machine operating experience required. Must Pass a Drug Screen Ability to set up and run CNC jobs with limited supervision. Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision gauges . Ability to read and understand blueprints. Basic math and computer skills. Familiarity with general workplace safety procedures. Ability to meet production requirements and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
