Swing Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Who We Are Opti Staffing is partnering with a growing precision manufacturing company in Molalla specializing in high-quality machined components. This smaller shop offers a strong team environment, consistent workflow, and long-term stability for experienced CNC machinists looking to make an impact. What You'll Do Set up and operate two Haas CNC milling machines. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and setup documentation. Load tooling, set offsets, and complete machine setups for production runs. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment. Make tool wear offsets and minor program edits as needed. Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues to maximize machine uptime. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work independently while meeting production and quality expectations. Opportunity to grow with a company experiencing continued production growth. What You Need to Have Previous experience setting up and operating Haas CNC milling machines. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and offsets. Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards. The Musts Experience performing complete setups on Haas CNC mills. Ability to run machines with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Preferred Experience making minor program edits at the machine. High-production manufacturing experience. Knowledge of GD&T and tight-tolerance machining. Ability to independently troubleshoot machining and tooling issues.
