BUG-O Systems Inc., a division of Weld Tooling Corporation founded in 1948, is a family owned manufacturer of electro-mechanical systems of drives, carriages, rails and attachments designed to mechanize welding guns, cutting torches and other hand held tools. We are headquartered just south of Pittsburgh, PA in Canonsburg (Southpointe). The Manual Machinist performs any combination of tasks required to aid in the production of Weld Tooling Corporation products.

• Key Responsibilities Responsible for reading specifications in work order.

Measures tolerances on job during production, upon completion, and before passing parts to quality control. Maintains and performs daily and scheduled maintenance on equipment as needed. Operates conventional, special-purpose and machining centers, lathes, drill presses, planers and milling machines, grinders and polishers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts. Operate CNC machines as needed. Applies knowledge of accepted machine shop practices and procedures, shop mathematics, machinability of various materials, layout and tooling and fixtures. Has working knowledge of drawings, blueprints, sketches, manuals and specifications, works to close tolerances as required. Verifies conformance of finished work pieces to specifications using precision measuring tools. Assists other workers as needed. Performs all other tasks as assigned by management. WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Two or more years experience in manual machining Two or more years experience in conventional lathes, drill presses, milling machines, polisher and grinders. Two or more years experience and demonstrated proficiency with precision measuring tools Two or more years experience and demonstrated mastery with hand tools

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED Vocational Tech High School

• Preferred Tech School Grad
• Preferred Machinist Certificate / Formal Training
• Preferred The position becomes benefits eligible and includes medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid vacation and 401K once the introductory period (45 working days) has been completed Daylight Shift 6:30 am
