Our team is looking for a talented CNC Machinist to join our facility. This role is based in the Berks, Lancaster, and Chester county region. As a key member of our production staff, you will manage the setup and operation of sophisticated CNC equipment to create high-precision components. Proficiency in machining diverse materials and working with Fanuc control systems is required for this position. Primary Duties Configure and run CNC equipment with Fanuc controls to ensure parts meet exact design requirements. Modify and adjust machine programming to improve the efficiency of manufacturing cycles. Choose the correct tooling and organize machine configurations to accommodate various material types. Verify that finished components align with blueprint specifications to maintain high quality standards. Process, clean, and machine intricate parts, such as castings and weldments, to support overall production goals. Required Skills and Experience At least 5 years of professional experience working as a machinist within a manufacturing setting. Maintain a secure and hazard-free workspace by strictly following all operational safety guidelines. Proficiency in analyzing technical blueprints and applying GD&T standards. Expertise in utilizing precision measuring tools and selecting appropriate tooling for various tasks. Possess a High School Diploma or GED and be comfortable operating overhead crane equipment.
