The Performance Group is partnering with a client in the Hallam, Pa. area to help fulfill their hiring needs. This position evaluates, repairs, tests and troubleshoots hydraulic components. Machinist/Cylinder Technician This is a Direct Hire position Starting at $22.50+ DOE Responsibilities All activities associated with the tear down, inspection, and repair and testing of hydraulic components Machining capabilities to manufacture cylinder components Welding as required Work overtime as required to complete projects/assignments Complete all training classes as assigned Adhere to safety regulations and procedures when performing tasks Perform other essential and related duties as assigned Requirements Previous experience with using a manual lathe & end mill is required Hydraulic experience with repair/ troubleshooting preferred, but not required Ability to work within a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and organization Strong math skills Hand tools required Ability to read measuring tools/gauges Potential Benefits with the company are as follows: Medical Insurance (ICHRA) Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance PTO Learning and Development Program YOUniversity Community Service Hours 401K with Company Match 9 Company Paid Holidays AFINDE
