Salary:

$23.50-$25.00/hour $2.00/hour shift premium for 2nd shift $3.00/hour shift premium for 3rd shift Is this your perfect fit? There are openings on 2nd and 3rd shift! What your future day will look like: Set up and operate CNC machines (mostly grinders) Perform program edits at the machine as needed Machine carbide steel components used in drill bits and cutting tools Hold very tight tolerances and ensure parts meet strict quality standards Inspect parts using precision measuring tools Follow all ITAR, quality, and safety requirements Work collaboratively with team members across all shifts

Contract to Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: A.S. in Machine Tool Technology will be a huge plus! Experience operating CNC machines (grinders, mills & lathes) Strong setup experience, including making program edits at the machine Experience working in tight tolerances Experience working with carbide steel or similar hard materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Willingness to work 2nd, or 3rd shift Ability to work in an ITAR/Defense-regulated manufacturing environment We know you are more than a resume and understand your next career move needs to be the right fit!
