We welcome applicants at different experience levels—from experienced machinists who can perform setups and work independently to mechanically inclined candidates who have some machining, manufacturing, fabrication, or technical experience and are interested in developing their skills. Our team manufactures precision components primarily from engineered plastics, with occasional light-metal work. Experience with Haas equipment, manual machining, plastic fabrication, or small-batch manufacturing is especially valuable, but we are willing to train the right candidate. What You'll Do Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, and manual machining equipment. Manufacture precision plastic and light-metal components. Read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Complete machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and basic program adjustments based on experience. Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools. Monitor production and identify machining or quality problems. Inspect completed parts and document results. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform routine machine and equipment maintenance. Assist with plastic fabrication, assembly, and other production work as needed. Work with engineering and production personnel to improve quality and manufacturing efficiency. What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Comfortable working with machinery, tools, measurements, and technical instructions. Able to work independently after appropriate training. Committed to producing accurate, high-quality work. Able to safely lift and handle materials, tooling, and finished components as required. Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Experience That Is Helpful—but Not Required for Every Candidate CNC machining or machine-operation experience. CNC or manual machine setup experience. Experience with Haas mills or lathes. Blueprint reading and tolerance interpretation. Use of calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with tooling, offsets, speeds, feeds, or G-code. Experience machining engineered plastics. CAD/CAM or CNC programming knowledge. Experience in small-batch, custom, or prototype manufacturing. Quality inspection or ISO-style manufacturing experience. Vocational, trade-school, industrial-maintenance, automotive, fabrication, or related technical training. Candidates With More Experience Experienced machinists may take on more advanced responsibilities, including independent setups, troubleshooting, process improvement, tooling selection, G-code editing, and assisting less-experienced team members. Compensation will reflect demonstrated experience and the ability to work independently.
