  • 1am We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a manufacturing team.
This position is responsible for operating CNC machinery, making necessary adjustments to meet part specifications, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining a safe and clean work area.
Job Duties:
Operate CNC machines in a production environment Inspect machines and equipment before use to ensure they are operating safely and properly Make machine offsets and adjustments as needed to meet part specifications Read and understand blueprints Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges Inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet required specifications Collect and record production and quality data Identify and communicate equipment or production issues to the supervisor Perform basic troubleshooting and suggest process improvements when appropriate Clean equipment and maintain an organized work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required
PPE Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Previous CNC machining experience preferred Experience using precision measuring tools and gauges Ability to read and understand blueprints Basic computer skills Comfortable performing basic shop math, including fractions and decimals Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform bending, reaching, kneeling, and other physical activities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification or ability to become certified by the employer
Ideal Candidate:
Someone with hands-on CNC experience who is comfortable making machine adjustments, reading blueprints, measuring finished parts, and working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. #DFWA #ZRFW
