CNC MACHINIST

Monday-Friday | 7:30 a.m•5:00 p.m. 30min lunch Position Summary All Temps Personnel Services is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines used to manufacture precision metal and mechanical components. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, using precision measuring instruments, and maintaining high-quality standards while working safely in a manufacturing environment. Essential Job Duties ? Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other machining equipment. ? Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications. ? Load raw materials and monitor machine operations throughout production. ? Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets to maintain required quality specifications. ? Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other gauges. ? Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean and in proper operating condition. ? Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments. ? Replace cutting tools and maintain an organized tooling inventory. ? Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. ? Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). ? Keep the work area clean and organized using good housekeeping practices. ? Assist with other production duties as assigned. Qualifications ? High school diploma or GED preferred. ? Previous CNC machining experience preferred. ? Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. ? Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, feeds, and speeds. ? Experience using precision measuring equipment. ? Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. ? Reliable attendance and punctuality. Safety and Work Expectations Maintain a safety-first approach and immediately report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns. Follow established production, quality-control, housekeeping, and PPE requirements. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
