Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Mold and/or material changes, injection molding machine setup, and execution of machine jobs in support of production schedule.
Perform process troubleshooting, plastic part inspections, and various other functions to insure part conformity and quality.
Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of all mold maintenance and repair activity
Providing technician support to production
Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Key Knowledge & Experirence
Must have at least a High School Diploma
Must have understanding of molding process and ability to analyze any issues
1 to 3 years minimum experience as Process/Mold Technician
1 to 3 years minimum experience on Injection Molding Machine operations.
Knowledge of Engineering grade resin materials.
Must have excellent communication skills (speak, read and write)
Must have excellent computer know-how
Must have excellent mathematical skills
Knowledge of circulators & grinders
