Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Mold and/or material changes, injection molding machine setup, and execution of machine jobs in support of production schedule.
  • Perform process troubleshooting, plastic part inspections, and various other functions to insure part conformity and quality.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of all mold maintenance and repair activity
  • Providing technician support to production
  • Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Key Knowledge & Experirence
  • Must have at least a High School Diploma
  • Must have understanding of molding process and ability to analyze any issues
  • 1 to 3 years minimum experience as Process/Mold Technician
  • 1 to 3 years minimum experience on Injection Molding Machine operations.
  • Knowledge of Engineering grade resin materials.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (speak, read and write)
  • Must have excellent computer know-how
  • Must have excellent mathematical skills
  • Knowledge of circulators & grinders
