Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Mold and/or material changes, injection molding machine setup, and execution of machine jobs in support of production schedule.
- Perform process troubleshooting, plastic part inspections, and various other functions to insure part conformity and quality.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of all mold maintenance and repair activity
- Providing technician support to production
- Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Key Knowledge & Experirence
- Must have at least a High School Diploma
- Must have understanding of molding process and ability to analyze any issues
- 1 to 3 years minimum experience as Process/Mold Technician
- 1 to 3 years minimum experience on Injection Molding Machine operations.
- Knowledge of Engineering grade resin materials.
- Must have excellent communication skills (speak, read and write)
- Must have excellent computer know-how
- Must have excellent mathematical skills
- Knowledge of circulators & grinders
