This role is about setting up each machine for the next part or production run: reviewing the print, choosing and installing workholding and tooling, loading or editing the program, setting offsets, proving out the first piece, inspecting it, and making the adjustments needed for a safe, accurate, repeatable process. Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, and related shop equipment

Keep accurate production records and maintain a safe, organized work area Qualifications
At least 3 years of machining experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to independently take a part from print to a proven machining setup
CNC programming and program-editing experience
Strong blueprint-reading and precision-measurement skills
