IQ Resource Group is seeking an experienced CNC Setup Machinist for a manufacturing company in Cudahy, WI. This position is ideal for a skilled machinist with setup experience who enjoys working with advanced equipment, troubleshooting processes, and producing high-quality precision components.

1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30

PM Pay:

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE What You'll Do Set up and adjust CNC machines for production runs Work with HAAS Vertical Mills, HAAS Lathes, and Okuma Lathes Read blueprints, work orders, and machining specifications Load and edit programs as needed Perform machine setups including tooling, feeds, speeds, and operational sequences Monitor production and make machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Perform precision machining operations including drilling, tapping, turning, milling, reaming, and deburring Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments Maintain tooling and insert management systems Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements Complete production and quality documentation Assist with training and supporting team members as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years of CNC setup experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with CNC mills and lathes Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong understanding of machining practices, tolerances, and quality requirements Mastercam experience is a plus G-Code and M-Code programming experience is a plus Strong math, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the shift Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Benefits & Perks Weekly pay $2,000 sign-on bonus $2,000 referral bonus Quarterly incentive bonus program Climate-controlled facility PTO available upon hire Paid holidays Education assistance opportunities Career advancement and ongoing training 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Employee assistance program Safety shoe reimbursement Prescription safety glasses program Additional voluntary benefit options available Why Apply?
