  • 11:30PM We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our growing team.
Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring precision, accuracy, and compliance with customer specifications. Since its founding in 1983, the company has embraced emerging CNC technology and expanded its capabilities to include CNC machining, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and rapid prototyping solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Perform in process inspections of machined parts using calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Perform laser scanning of castings using Roamer Arm technology. Support manufacturing by providing feedback on quality issues and collaborating on adjustments . Maintain accurate inspection documentation. Calibration of measurement tools and equipment to maintain accuracy. Operate horizontal and/or vertical CNC machines. Remove burrs, sharp edges and clean parts. Communicate with quality, engineering, supervisory or manufacturing personnel to exchange technical information.
Requirements:
Minimum two (2) years experience in CNC machining of castings or quality control in a machine shop environment. Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret measurement data accurately. Familiarity with gauge calibration processes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
