Full-Time, Non-Exempt Overview We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to support corrugated box production in a manufacturing environment. Depending on experience and production needs, operators may work on one or more of the following machines: Bobst Die Cutter Flexo Printing Press This position is responsible for machine setup and operation, quality checks, changeovers, basic preventative maintenance, and supporting safe and efficient production. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate assigned production equipment, including Bobst, Die Cutter, and/or Flexo machines . Read and follow job orders, production specifications, and production schedules. Feed corrugated material into production equipment and monitor machinery throughout production runs. Perform routine quality checks and make machine adjustments when specifications or quality standards are not being met. Complete machine setups and changeovers as required. Mount printing plates, cylinders, cutting dies, and related components when applicable. Work with inks, printing dies, cutting dies, glues, and other materials used in corrugated box production. Perform basic preventative maintenance and report equipment issues requiring additional support. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established plant safety procedures and production requirements. Perform other production-related duties as assigned. Qualifications 1+ years of machine operating experience in a corrugated manufacturing environment preferred. Experience operating a Bobst, Die Cutter, Flexo press, or similar corrugated production equipment strongly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and understand job orders, specifications, and production instructions. Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools. Ability to perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a production team. Strong communication skills. Ability to follow established safety procedures and work practices. Physical Requirements Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand, move, bend, reach, and work around production equipment for extended periods. Ability to regularly handle and move production materials. Production materials may range from approximately 10 pounds to more than 100 pounds , with heavier materials moved using appropriate team assistance or material-handling equipment. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment where exposure to dust, inks, cleaning solutions, noise, and operating machinery may occur. Work Environment Operators work in a manufacturing environment and may use corrugated board, inks, printing and cutting dies, adhesives, hand tools, measuring equipment, air hoses, and other production materials and equipment. Required personal protective equipment and established safety procedures must be followed at all times. $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
