Job Description The Bindery Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating semi-automated paper cutting equipment. Prior print-finishing experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate. Duties & Responsibilities Load paper and set up the correct cutting program using computer controls Monitor the flow of paper to ensure cutting accuracy and quality Identify and correct irregularities during operation Operate equipment safely and efficiently Mechanical and computer skills are a plus Requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Excellent work ethic and reliability Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines Willingness to occasionally work overtime as needed (especially during peak season) Working Environment Clean, safe, climate controlled facility This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in print manufacturing while being part of a supportive team during our busiest and most exciting season!
