JOB SCOPE
At Wynn's we all strive to be 'Chicken Experts,' and to us that means owning your individual role that contributes to delivering unparalleled blends and service to our customers. As our Kitting Room Operator, you will be responsible for preparing minor ingredients through a scaling and batching system to support daily production. This position ensures ingredients are accurately weighed, verified, documented, and staged in compliance with company procedures, SQF standards, food safety regulations, and quality requirements. Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Weigh, measure, and batch minor ingredients according to batch sheets or batching systems Verify ingredient identity, lot numbers, expiration dates, and units of measure Assemble, label, and stage ingredient kits in proper sequence for production Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe work and staging areas Complete batch records, logs, and system entries accurately and on time Maintain ingredient and batch traceability and report discrepancies promptly Operate scales, batching systems, barcode scanners, and related equipment safely Perform basic equipment checks and report malfunctions Follow GMPs, SQF requirements, allergen controls, sanitation, and safety procedures Support production schedules and quality audits as required Qualifications Ability to understand fractions and accurately operate scales and batching systems High school diploma or
