Career Description The Machine Operator II is responsible for operating moderately complex machinery in a manufacturing

environment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures.
  
• Monitor production output and quality to meet specifications.
  
• Operate overhead cranes for efficient material handling.
  
• Operate a variety of machinery, including but not limited to, bridging machines, saws, channel
  shears, angle shears, crimpers, and end bar benders.
  
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment as required.
  
• Lifting or moving heavy objects.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Adhere to safety protocols.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  
• Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance.

Must be able to work regular and/or

flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required. Location

Anticipated Pay Range

$20 / Hour + overtime and weekly production bonuses

Career Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
  
• Valid crane certification.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Frequent communication with others to exchange information.
  
• Frequent repetition of motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  
• Frequent moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
  
• Frequent lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
  
• Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  
• Constantly thinking and processing information.
  
• Constantly maintaining concentration and focus on tasks.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Manufacturing floor with machinery.
  
• Exposure to airborne particles, loud noises, and extreme heat and cold.
  
• Use of personal protection equipment is required Shift
