In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our machinery operates smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Assist in training new operators as needed. Identify and report any issues or malfunctions to management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
