Jumper Helper Job Summary:

$17.00 As needed. Mostly Monday-Friday; some weekend jobs. Typical shifts are early/mid-morning set up and evening take down. Duties and responsibilities Before the event Load the truck/trailer using the order sheet; check off every item, stake, sandbag, tarp, blower, and extension cord. Strap down all equipment securely before driving At setup Greet the customer, confirm the setup spot, and check for hazards (sprinkler heads, slopes, overhead lines, sharp objects) Lay tarps, unroll and inflate units, and anchor every stake or sandbag — no unit is left unanchored Set up games, tables, chairs, and concessions as ordered Walk the customer through the safety rules and blower/power instructions Take setup photos for our records At takedown Turn off blowers, deflate, sweep out debris, and fold/roll units properly Count all pieces and accessories before leaving the site Report any damage, stains, or missing items to Joshua or Heidi right away Back at the shop Clean and dry units (never store wet), wipe down games, and follow the cleaning and equipment checklists Unload and put equipment back in its assigned spot Other Help at staffed events (dunk tank, games, photo booth, concessions) when booked Keep the vehicle clean and organized

Jumper Helper Qualifications:

18 or older Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs. with a partner, and roll and move units weighing 150-300 lbs. as a team Comfortably working outdoors in heat, cold, and on your feet for several hours

shows up on time and answers texts/calls on event days Friendly and respectful with customers and parents; with kids, do not converse and keep your distance — direct any questions to the parent or host Has a working phone that can text photo Nice to have: experience in moving, landscaping, warehouse, or event work.
