Required Skills:

Minimum of 6 to 12 months of production experience Assembly line experience Proficiency in packaging and labeling processes Strong ability to stand for extended periods Basic reading and writing skills; bilingual is preferred Effective communication skills Capability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Flexibility to rotate within departments as needed Willingness to work overtime Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds consistently and reach overhead Nice to

Have Skills:

Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Familiarity with machine operation and maintenance Team leadership or mentoring experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Experience in a manufacturing role or related field
