Shift:
(6:00AM-2:30PM)
What Will You Be Doing:
Perform all functions of a Woodshop Machine Operator I & II Expert knowledge and experience of techniques, skills, machine tools, ad processes involved in woodworking, fabrication, and finishing Fabrication on a wide variety of products and projects Knowledge of CAD and CNC programing Ability to build from technical/CAD drawings and recommend improvements Work independently and with a team Maintain high quality standards Ability to adapt to changes in workflow Manage project timelines across multiple projects under strict deadlines Finish product, by hand, using a variety of hand tools, including, but not limited to: files various knives, hand routers, sand paper, steel wool and trimming devices Familiar with sustainable manufacturing techniques Use of all provided PPE (Personal protective equipment) as required for example, hearing protection, safety glasses and safety toe shoes Maintain a safe and clean work area Adhere to all safety regulations Other duties as assigned
What Will You Bring:
5 years of experience with CNC machines and/or woodworking, 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment High School diploma or GED, along with a vocational course in welding, or equivalent combined experience Basic reading, math, and computer data entry and systems experience Ability to efficiently work in a high paced environment
