Full Steam Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join our team in Porterville, CA! If you're a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work and working in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company procedures.
Assist team members with daily operations and production tasks.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. QualificationsPrevious general labor experience required.
Bilingual communication skills required.
Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials as needed.
