In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh fruits through washing, cutting, and packaging processes that meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Operate packaging equipment and industrial machinery to wash, cut, and package fruits efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Follow manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to ensure product quality and safety. Handle materials safely using appropriate handling equipment such as forklifts and material carts, ensuring proper storage and movement within the warehouse. Conduct routine mechanical troubleshooting on packaging and processing equipment to minimize downtime. Interpret production documents accurately to maintain consistency in product specifications and packaging requirements. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and ensure compliance with FDA regulations and safety protocols throughout all processes. Assist in heavy lifting tasks related to materials handling and packaging operations, following safety guidelines at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or food processing environment is highly preferred. Knowledge of packaging equipment operation, industrial equipment troubleshooting, and materials handling techniques. Ability to interpret production documents and understand manufacturing procedures clearly. Mechanical knowledge related to industrial machinery used in washing, cutting, or packaging fruits. Familiarity with

GMP, CGMP

(Current Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and safety standards in production environments. Basic math skills for measurements, weight calculations, and quality checks. Valid forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is a plus.
