Job Summary We are producing foam components and cushions for furniture and bedding. Looking for an experienced machine/saw operator with strong measuring and cutting skills and strong attention to detail. We offer monthly team bonus payments. Our company has been in business since 1999 and we are a leader in our industry. Manufacturing production/foam cutting position using a horizontal and vertical saw, contour saw, and other machinery. Looking for candidates with minimum 2 years machine operation or carpentry/cutting/lumber experience making physical parts or products in a manufacturing environment. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and strong individual who enjoys a fast-paced production environment and will move fast when needed. Ideal person has experience as a machine operator, machinist, production worker, or assembly in a manufacturing environment.

Morning Shift from 4am - 9am. Must have very strong attention to detail , be a strong analytical/spatial thinker, good at visualizing objects in 3-dimensions, and be very good at measuring dimensions correctly. This is a manufacturing job that rewards fast work and those who can think on the job. Make sure you have strong BASIC math (without a calculator) and measuring skills, you will need to be able to identify 1/8, 3/8, 1/4 on a measuring tape.

Must be physically strong, able to lift 75-100 lbs. independently , and larger items with team assistance. Position is Monday - Friday, plus occasional weekend/OT work. This is a part-time job, with some flexibility for additional hours. Alternative shifts may be available for the right person. The ideal candidate can manage their own work independently, with limited direction. This position involves being able to read our detailed customer order forms, select the right foam product from our inventory of 15-20 different foams, carefully measure and cut the foam to exact customer specifications, with low error rate. Must be good at accurately measuring materials. Must also be a strong team player to contribute to all aspects of the operation. The idea of "it's not my job" is never an option.
