22 Manufacturing Operator Contract @ $20-22/hour Job Summary The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for supporting pilot plant and bulk manufacturing operations in a regulated GMP environment. The Manufacturing Operator will operate manufacturing equipment, complete batch documentation, perform required calculations, and support troubleshooting of equipment and process-related challenges. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with Plant Technicians and Campaign Managers to identify and resolve process- and equipment-related challenges Develop and maintain proficiency in manufacturing equipment operation, batch record documentation, and manufacturing calculations. Follow all applicable GMP procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety requirements. Properly wear and use all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing work area. Perform manufacturing operations accurately and efficiently while maintaining adherence to established processes and procedures. Support troubleshooting activities related to manufacturing equipment and processes Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Experience with bulk manufacturing processes and established GMP procedures preferred. Technical understanding of manufacturing systems, methods, equipment, and procedures. High school diploma or equivalent required. INDBH #LIR- AR1
