Job Description

Our client, a leading consumer products manufacturing company , is seeking a Packaging Technician to join their team. As a Packaging Technician , you will be part of the Packaging Development Department supporting Packaging Engineers, Testing Engineers, and Cross-Functional Product Development Teams . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , strong organizational skills , and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Based on Experience What's the Job? Participate in testing package components, materials, and packaging systems. Support Packaging Engineers and suppliers in driving packaging projects to completion. Assist with the design and development of packaging components for new and existing products. Create and maintain package testing plans and documentation. Support sustainability initiatives and product benchmarking studies by gathering and analyzing packaging data. What's Needed? Previous packaging experience is required. Experience supporting package testing, validation, or product development activities. Ability to work effectively with suppliers, engineers, and cross-functional teams. Strong documentation, organization, and project coordination skills. Experience within consumer products, personal care, beauty, household products, or related industries is preferred.
