Gravitas Resources is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Copper Soldering Technicians to join our manufacturing team. This position focuses on soldering copper components and connections to create secure, high-quality assemblies according to established specifications and work instructions. The ideal candidate has steady hands, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform precise, hands-on work in a manufacturing environment. Previous soldering, brazing, plumbing, HVAC, copper fabrication, or manufacturing experience is highly desirable. Candidates with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Shift:

1st Shift — Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30

PM Overtime:

Occasional Fridays Responsibilities Perform soldering of copper tubing, fittings, connections, and components according to work instructions and quality specifications. Prepare copper surfaces and components for soldering, including cleaning, positioning, and fitting parts. Apply appropriate soldering techniques to create secure, consistent, and leak-resistant connections. Use hand tools, soldering equipment, torches, and other production tools as required. Read and follow work instructions, assembly diagrams, and technical specifications. Inspect soldered joints and completed assemblies for defects, proper alignment, and workmanship quality. Identify and report soldering defects, material issues, or equipment concerns to a supervisor. Maintain consistent production output while meeting established quality standards. Follow proper procedures for handling hot materials, soldering equipment, and other manufacturing tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Complete production paperwork and quality documentation as required. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and manufacturing guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous copper soldering, brazing, plumbing, HVAC, or manufacturing experience is a plus. Experience working with copper tubing, fittings, or metal components is highly desirable. Familiarity with soldering tools, torches, and related equipment preferred. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to perform precise, repetitive work while maintaining consistent quality. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship standards. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic measurement and mechanical skills preferred. Ability to identify defects and troubleshoot basic assembly issues. Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a production team. Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift. Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks requiring precision and concentration. Ability to handle small components, tools, and copper materials. Ability to work safely around hot surfaces, soldering equipment, and moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to maintain focus and follow established safety procedures throughout the shift. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable performing detailed hands-on work. Someone with copper soldering experience or a background in plumbing, HVAC, brazing, or metal fabrication would be a strong fit. Experience is preferred but not necessarily required. Pay:
