The candidate must be able to read and write in English, and communicate in English. Read and follow instructions provided by the supervisor and /or worksheets. Be able to read a tape measure. Work together with crew/team as a helper. Keep work area clean and organized. Maximize piece-rate speed on tasks assigned. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Cross train for other job positions as necessary. Turn in equipment work orders to supervision for needed repairs. Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping. High School Diploma, Preferred if candidate has prior experience in the corrugated industry.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, humid, hot conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
