$22.00-$23.50 per hour
Schedule:
Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts with every other weekend off. The rotation includes four nights followed by two days off, then three days followed by two days off. Overtime and some weekend work may be required. United Talent Staffing is seeking Machine Operators to help produce commercial and residential roofing products in Cumming, GA. This role is a good fit for someone who works safely, pays close attention to product quality, and enjoys being part of a production team. Responsibilities Operate one or more injection molding machines safely and address downstream automation faults. Load and unload materials using an electric pallet jack. Inspect finished parts according to quality procedures. Maintain accurate production and operational records. Assist the team during startup, downtime, product changes, equipment issues, and cleanup. Keep assigned work areas clean and follow all safety procedures, including required protective equipment. Perform other production duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Two years of manufacturing or military experience. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals. Ability to troubleshoot routine production problems. Mechanical, maintenance, or injection molding experience preferred. Ability to stand and move frequently, lift and carry materials, and perform repetitive reaching, handling, bending, kneeling, and crouching. This production environment includes constant noise and occasional humidity, vibration, and temperature changes. Candidates must complete a background check and drug screen.
