• Sheet Metal Machine Operator
• with manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a demanding production environment.

• Essential Duties:

• Operate sheet metal machinery safely and efficiently.

Read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools accurately. (Including tape measure.) Perform basic mathematical calculations and measurements. Identify and resolve basic production and equipment issues using problem-solving skills. Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work area. Follow all safety procedures and production requirements.

• Requirements/Skills:

• Previous manufacturing experience required.

Strong mechanical aptitude. Completely fluent in English, including the ability to read and understand work instructions and technical documentation. Proficient in using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers. Basic math and problem-solving skills. Stable work history. Reliable transportation. No legal entanglements that would prevent employment.

• Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be willing and able to work in a loud, hot, and dirty manufacturing environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
