Material Preparation:

Operate fiber baling equipment and help prepare cotton materials for production Assist with machine start-up and basic troubleshooting Monitor bale quality and packaging for accuracy Open cotton bales and spread material in designated areas for production Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

Card Machine Operator:

Operate and monitor assigned carding equipment to keep production running efficiently Repair broken sliver ends and help maintain machine efficiency Manage empty and full cans throughout the production area Process re-workable waste through designated waste hoppers Clean assigned equipment and follow required PPE and safety procedures Report equipment issues or unsafe conditions to the appropriate team member Can Hauler /

Material Transporter:

Transport materials from the carding area to the spinning department Load and unload trailers and move materials throughout the facility Safely operate a pullcat and other material-handling equipment Stage materials in designated areas to keep production moving Work independently and with the team to meet daily production goals Across all roles, safety comes first! Preferred Candidate:
