Job Description

We are seeking an Extrusion Operator to join a growing plastics manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate plastic extrusion machines. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. Perform quality inspections and record production data. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist with changeovers. Load raw materials and package finished products. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous plastics extrusion or manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail. Ability to read work instructions and perform quality checks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work overtime and shift schedules as needed.
