Our calendar includes days off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and a day off for major holidays that fall during our work week, including: New Year's Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day As a Machine Operator for our moulder, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machinery used in the production of wood mouldings. This includes the set‑up, control, operation, changeovers, tear‑down, and total productive maintenance of the moulder. You will plane, shape, and groove wood stock to exact measurements and tolerances—often within thousandths of an inch. You'll read drawings and examine pattern shapes to determine proper moulder setup and required wood stock. You will select and install cutting heads according to exact part specifications, troubleshoot machine and equipment issues, and adhere to established safety guidelines and procedures. You will provide direction and guidance to a small team of 1-3 support technicians who assist with feeding and off‑bearing materials. This role also includes meeting production requirements, documenting work orders, performing grinding and tooling tasks, and occasionally operating forklifts. No two days are exactly the same here. This is a production manufacturing environment. Plant work includes standing and walking on a concrete floor, lifting and stacking wood materials, and performing tasks at a steady pace. Due to labor laws related to hazardous machinery, we cannot hire anyone less than 18 years of age. Drug/alcohol testing and background check are required. Required Education and Experience Levels:

High school; or six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Pay starts at $17
