The Vending Machine Operator is required to replenish and monitor inventory quality for all vending machines. The Vending Machine Operator currently services four machines in Waikiki and one on Oahu's West Side. The operator ensures each machine functions properly and helps maintain accurate software records. The VMO is responsible to respond to all customer inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle to various vending machine locations according to route schedules
• Stock and replenish vending machines with products needed
• Follow all rules and requirements designated by each property.
• Monitor the quality of the products when replenishing
• Respond promptly to alerts, notifications, customer calls and any service requests related to machine operations.
• Notify Accounting regarding refunds and or receipt requests.
• Keep machine clean and presentable
• Remit all replenishment forms to

Accounting Requirements:

• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous merchandising, delivery, retail, vending or inventory experience
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, loading and unloading of products

Pay:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 - 25.0 per week
