Our client is seeking Machine Operator Weekend to join their team, you will be part of the Powders Shift & Schedule supporting weekend production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to meet productivity and documentation expectations—while staying ready to learn, improve, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Shift:

Weekend Shift; Friday-Sunday 5am-5:30pm. 12 Hour Shifts - 36-hour work week. What's the Job? Responsible for producing quality products per the build signal. Gather materials and set up straightforward equipment to support production. Machine Operating Experience minimal 1 year Maintain quality of products produced according to department standards and visual or dimensional specifications. Meet productivity standards and record/maintain quality or traceability information. Troubleshooting, working independently, attention to detail Comply with company safety policies, including safe operation of equipment, PPE usage, hand tool safety, lock-out/tag-out, and proper storage of tools; follow good housekeeping policies. What's Needed? Ability to accurately perform required computer data entry and work order transactions (including LOTS, scrap, Oracle, ARIBA, kanban, DRP, etc.). Experience maintaining equipment according to work instructions or preventive maintenance tasks, including some troubleshooting. Comfort supporting visual management of part and raw material storage and keeping the work area clean and organized. Ability to handle and accurately dispose of chemical and non-chemical waste, including some hazardous and regulated waste. Willingness to participate in team meetings, plan daily work with resource utilization, and support problem solving, project work, cycle counting, and inventory/material handling.
