Job Description

Job Purpose:
- The Inspector/Operator - Level 1 at Priority Envelope Inc is responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process within our industrial operations. This role involves operating machinery, inspecting products, and adhering to safety and quality standards to meet production goals and maintain our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and output. Conduct regular inspections of products to identify and rectify any defects or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Record and report production data accurately for quality control and operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive workplace. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to manufacturing processes.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred. Familiarity with operating machinery or equipment is advantageous. Experience in quality control or inspection processes is a plus.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or irregularities in products. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Basic math skills for measurement and calculation purposes. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
