Machine Operator

• $19/hr | $3,000 Sign-On Bonus 2nd Shift
• 4:00pm-12:00am 3rd Shift
• 12:00am-8:00am $19/hr+ depending on position PLUS $0.

75/hr shift differential! $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for Machine Operators! Are you an experienced manufacturing professional looking for a great opportunity with a well-established company in Sibley? We are currently looking for Machine Operators to join the team on 2nd and 3rd shifts! The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment, a strong work ethic, good attendance, and attention to detail. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Set up, load, and operate machines according to work instructions
• Monitor production and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Make adjustments to machines as needed to maintain proper production and quality
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete production records and required documentation
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production or quality concerns
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Manufacturing experience required
• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply
• Good attendance and reliability are required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, push, and pull objects as required
• Ability to stand and/or walk throughout the shift and bend, reach, and maneuver as needed
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and equipment What you'll get:
