WorkSource is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate injection molding machines, inspect plastic parts, trim and assemble components, and package finished products. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate production counts, identifying defects, and ensuring all products meet established quality standards while following safety and production requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Remove plastic parts from injection molding machines or conveyors and inspect forquality defects. Trim, clip, and assemble parts according to job instructions and specifications. Package finished products into boxes, label cartons, and stack boxes onto palletsfor shipping. Monitor production counts, track quality issues, and complete production reports accurately. Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure products meet specifications. Protect molds and equipment from damage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Ability to perform basic math for production counts and downtime tracking. Ability to read and follow written work instructions. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to maintain consistent production quality and accuracy. Previous injection molding experience preferred. Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred. Why WorkSource?
