We are looking for a Food Manufacturing Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shifts to join our team. We are collaborative, hardworking, and committed to producing high-quality food and beverage ingredients. Your work may include mixing, cooking, packaging, palletizing, and operating production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Run, oversee, and fine-tune production and packaging equipment to support safe, efficient operations. Follow detailed recipe cards, operating instructions, and batch documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Measure and load ingredients, package finished products, and palletize goods for shipment. Complete equipment start-up, shutdown, and cleaning tasks according to established procedures. Safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing facility (training provided). Keep work areas clean and organized while complying with company policies and food safety requirements. What You'll Bring Ability and willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays when scheduled. Strong attention to detail and flexibility to perform a variety of production tasks. An interest in manufacturing and a desire to contribute to a high-performing production team. A willingness to learn new skills and continuously improve processes.
