Key Responsibilities:

Roll Wrapping Machine Operation:

Support and assist with the daily setup, execution, and operation of automated roll-wrapping machinery to prepare finished cable products for global shipment.

Heavy Material Handling:

Safely load, position, and align large industrial spools of cable onto high-speed manufacturing lines and wire-forming equipment.

High-Speed Line Monitoring:

Actively track machine performance, adjusting mechanical settings on the fly to meet production schedules and maintain strict efficiency metrics.

Precision Quality Control:

Perform regular, detailed quality checks on finished wires to verify perfect compliance regarding protective coating, color, thickness, and packaging standards.

Mechanical Troubleshooting:

Utilize basic mechanical aptitude and shop hand/power tools to perform minor adjustments, basic machinery setup, and routine preventative equipment maintenance. Position Requirements (What You Bring):

Experience:

Previous hands-on production or machine operating experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environment.

Physical Capability:

Ability to stand and move on your feet for the duration of an 8-hour shift, with the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs as required when handling large wire spools.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Comfortable working safely around fast-moving automated equipment; skilled with basic hand and power tools. Attention to

Detail:

Strong focus on identifying visual defects in color or coating thickness while following strict written operating procedures. Preferred Qualifications (A Plus, Not Required): Prior experience specifically with roll wrapping, slitting, or wire extrusion machinery.
