We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Technician Specialist to join our team full-time. This on-site role involves working with metal fabrication machinery such as fiber laser cutters, plasma cutters, press brakes, and guillotine shears . Your primary responsibilities will include partial assembly , preparing and configuring machines for delivery , installing equipment at customer sites , training end-users , and providing ongoing technical support and maintenance . This position may require some travel and involvement in trade shows .

Key Responsibilities:

Perform partial assembly and setup of machinery at our facility Prepare and test machines before delivery to customers Install equipment at client sites, ensuring proper setup and calibration Provide on-site training to operators on machine use and safety Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues Conduct preventative maintenance and adjustments as needed Support customers through post-installation service and troubleshooting Represent the company at trade shows and client demos Maintain detailed service records and technical documentation Occasional travel to customer sites (mostly local, some extended trips)

Requirements:

2-3 years of hands-on experience with industrial machines Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with Delem CNC control systems Ability to read and understand technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently, manage time, and stay organized Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required Must be available to work on-site full-time

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in machine installation and maintenance Experience with hydraulic systems Exposure to trade show setup or machine demonstrations is a plus
