$21.00 (with applicable shift differential) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bridgeview, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring equipment performance, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a safe and efficient manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to established procedures. Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing quality products. Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines. Conduct routine quality inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies. Follow production schedules and meet daily manufacturing targets. Maintain accurate production records and report equipment malfunctions. Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Follow all company safety policies, including proper use of PPE. Collaborate with production supervisors and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Qualifications Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Ability to operate industrial machinery and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and understand work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
