Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Kitting/Assembly Specialist and play a vital role in producing high-quality products that meet strict industry standards. This energetic position involves assembling components, preparing kits, and ensuring that all parts are correctly organized and ready for the next phase of production. Responsibilities Assemble automotive shop equipment product components using hand tools, mechanical knowledge, and assembly procedures to ensure precise and efficient completion of tasks Prepare kits by organizing, labeling, and verifying parts according to specifications, adhering to packaging standards and manufacturing protocols Operate warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the production area Follow all safety guidelines to maintain compliance during assembly processes Conduct quality checks on assembled products, identifying and addressing any defects or discrepancies promptly Maintain accurate documentation of assembly activities, inventory levels, and kit completion records Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while upholding safety standards Requirements Clean background Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or assembly environments preferred Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is advantageous Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate kit preparation and documentation Experience with packaging processes and warehouse procedures is desirable Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Join us in this engaging role where your skills contribute directly to delivering top-quality products. Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
